This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed in various circumstances:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Cancellation by Customer:<\/strong><ul><li>If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on the following schedule:<ul><li>Minimum cancellation fee is 10% or INR 1000 per person, whichever is higher.<\/li><li>25% Between 50-40 Days Before Tour Departure<\/li><li>50% Between 39-20 Days Before Tour Departure<\/li><li>75% Between 19-07 Days Before Tour Departure<\/li><li>100% on the Same Day, No show, or within 05 Days remaining.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Pandemic\/Government Lockdown:<\/strong><ul><li>In case of tour cancellation due to pandemic or government lockdown, we offer an extension of 6 months without any cancellation charges.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Hotel Specific Policies:<\/strong><ul><li>During high peak season periods, specific cancellation policies of hotels may apply.
