Terms & Conditions
- Booking and Rates:
- All rates and bookings are subject to availability.
- Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
- Tour confirmation is guaranteed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Children Policy:
- Children below 5 years: Complimentary without extra bed.
- Children between 5 to 12 years: Charged as per hotel policy.
- Children above 12 years: Charged at applicable adult rates.
- Limitation of Liability:
- We shall not be liable for:
- Death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, damage, or theft, regardless of cause.
- Acts, omissions, defaults of contractors, servants, or agents providing services related to accommodation, refreshment, carriage, or other services.
- Temporary or permanent loss or damage to baggage or personal effects, including willful negligence.
- Damages caused due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
- Our liability in any contract for any tour, holiday, or excursion shall not exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid.
- We shall not be liable for:
- Pandemic/Government Lockdown Clause:
- In case of tour cancellation due to pandemic or government lockdown, we offer an extension of 6 months without any cancellation charges.
- Conditions of Service:
- We are not responsible for delays in pickup, drop-off, or sightseeing due to bad road or weather conditions.
- Vehicle services will be provided strictly as per the itinerary.
- Vehicle details (Vehicle No. and Driver contact No.) will be provided 1 or 2 days before the travel date.
- Hotel booking ID reference will be sent 7 days before the journey.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Minimum cancellation fee is 10% or INR 1000 per person, whichever is higher.
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 25% Between 50-40 Days Before Tour Departure
- 50% Between 39-20 Days Before Tour Departure
- 75% Between 19-07 Days Before Tour Departure
- 100% on the Same Day, No show, or within 05 Days remaining.
- Specific cancellation policies of hotels during high peak season periods apply, where hotels may not refund any amount after voucher issuance.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 60 days by cheque or credit note only.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions:
- Trip My Budget ABS Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.
- Tour Organizing Responsibility:
- Tours are organized based on final instructions and requirements received from clients, and at their own risk and responsibilities.
