At Trip My Budget ABS Private Limited, we strive to provide excellent customer service and transparency regarding our refund policies. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed in various circumstances:

  1. Cancellation by Customer:
    • If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on the following schedule:
      • Minimum cancellation fee is 10% or INR 1000 per person, whichever is higher.
      • 25% Between 50-40 Days Before Tour Departure
      • 50% Between 39-20 Days Before Tour Departure
      • 75% Between 19-07 Days Before Tour Departure
      • 100% on the Same Day, No show, or within 05 Days remaining.
  2. Pandemic/Government Lockdown:
    • In case of tour cancellation due to pandemic or government lockdown, we offer an extension of 6 months without any cancellation charges.
  3. Hotel Specific Policies:
    • During high peak season periods, specific cancellation policies of hotels may apply. In such cases, hotels may not refund any amount after voucher issuance.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 60 days by cheque or credit note only.
    • The process of refund completion may vary based on internal processing times and banking procedures.
  5. Exceptions:
    • No refunds will be provided for any delay in pickup, drop-off, or sightseeing due to bad road or weather conditions.
